  4. I've never eaten crawfish, not because I wouldn't but because I've never been anywhere that they were available. Must've been out of season when we were in New Orleans.
    I have had Mountain Oysters a couple of times. Thinly sliced, breaded and served with cocktail sauce. Pretty tasty.

  12. My approach is to use a very light touch, let the weight of the razor do the work. The blades are extremely sharp and can be unforgiving. Regarding the angle, I would venture to say that a 20-30 would be the most comfortable, however, as you learn each shavette you may have some slight adjustment to the angle.

    Following each shave, I rinse the razor in hot water for about twenty second, dry and dipped it into a jar of alcohol.
