Zatarain’s Crawfish boil, 1/2 gallon. 55 gallon barrel 1/2 full of fresh crawfish, 12 pounds corncobs split in half, 12 pounds potatoes quartered, fill it with water, propane cooker til it boils.....that’s sum good eatin’ right thar.
Quite common in my neck of the woods to bbq a salmon on a cedar plank. Sockeye or Coho is best. Soak the plank first so it doesn’t burn too quickly. Horizontal, not vertical like your version.
