Very nice setup and shave, Terry. I bet @FaceScraper has that soap since the critter on the front looks like a dressed up Otter. You better hide those Feather blades. They are in higher demand than we thought. One of my friends said she used a special blade to score the tops of the bread she bakes. I asked what kind, and she pulled out a Feather blade. She was indignant when she found out people shave with them. We better grab more before these subversive Canadian bakers cause a run on Feathers. Sorry, but I get nervous anytime I get low on blades (< 3000). Better to have and not need...
i used the Mother's aluminum polish after fine sanding it up to 12,000 with a polishing kit.no tarnishing so far and been used a few times..
Thanks, Joe, but you can't disagree that my boar knot stinks. It stinks. Yours may not have, that's not the same.
Shavette Shave # 108 Excellent shave this morning before a busy day of chores around the house. Super smooth and comfortable with the shavette. I decided to go with an unconventional aftershave with this soap. I had finished up the sample of the B & M Le Granf Chpyre soap this past February. Evidently the missus is not a fan of the scent. As a result I have not used the splash until today. I like it, so I will pick my spots. Jar will soon be Edmund Fitzgerald. Hope everyone as had a productive and restful day.
