  10. Thanks, Jason! From past experience, I found that I control the amount of water added better by dipping. Using the slow tap trickle, I end up wetting my brush too much.

  13. i dribble water into the bowl slowly or onto the brush.dipping takes soap away from the brush imo..again i take my time with shaving.i make time to do the process,no exceptions..best results..:)..again, no exceptions..or its a chore ..
  14. Will do Jeff. Last time I was there was to pick up a vehicle my boss bought in Carisle at the sale . What a beautiful town that was ! I even got to see the old Mack factory in Allentown. What a history that town has . Manufacturing was very big there at one time they said .

  18. I was sitting here reading some posts and realized that I do not own an open comb razor ( or a Dubl Duck brush eh!). Not wanting to be left out of this months themed activities, I got to thinking ....heck , I could build one of those thingies if I put my mind to it .
    I know what you're all thinking....(1)"but this isn't MAYhem , it's OCtober you fool.
(2)why don't you just buy one you cheapskate?"

To answer your questions..(1)every day is MAYhem in my house
    (2) OCtober would be over before Canada Post arrived at my door with it.
Another very very important point I must address is at 2am (SWMBO) will not hear me raiding the utensil drawer because she's a sound sleeper. (experience has made me wiser)
So without further ado...for those who made it this far...heres what I created.

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./ Superdrug ~ Forest Fresh ASL./ Aloe Vera Gel.

    Greetings,

    Early morning cold water shave.
The Scottish Fine shaving soap created a superb lather in a short space of time i get excellent results with a very wet brush, then vigorously load the brush for a minute or so until the brush has a good amount then continue to load the lather upon my mature mug...The post shave feel from this soap is great leaving my face feeling moisturised and super smooth...A very enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups near BBS shave with no errors to report.Finishing to the shave off with a generous dollop of Aloe Vera Gel.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.;)

Stay safe and enjoy your Day ladies & gentlemen.
