Interesting thoughts on the Scottish Fine soap. I see it is available in North America through Fendrihan, but does have some mixed reviews. Glad to hear it works very well for you. I enjoy seeing all the Euro gear in your posts (And a few others as well) that I don't see here very often.
Love that Heritage brush every time you show it off, Keith. Outstanding!
Love the prop, Joe. Congrats on the soap being finished tomorrow. Replacing it with anything?
I take close ups like that and all I get is dust bunnies and scratches I didn't know existed. You take close ups and it is perfection... great stuff, Jim!
Very nice. What is the story with that brush, Danny? Kind of looks like some of Evan's.
What you call 'need to take a chill pill', I correctly label as having a high ethic of care. It is why you are as successful as you are.
A great photo, Clint, and I trust you are feeling well at the end of the day.
Another great shot, Pierpaolo. That brush and razor were made for each other.
I don't equate a razor being an OC as an indication of aggression, fwiw. Blade gap and exposure? Absolutely. My most aggressive DE is a Barbasol FH, and it isn't an OC. The legendary 2011 Muhle? Also not a true OC.
Very informative, Joseph. The pictures are so good that I can detect the stench emanating from them...
You've just convinced me again, Blair. I'm doing the same thing this week- a T2 into Evan's handiwork. Just have to find the time.
Very cool, Jeff, that a 150 year old tool is still so effective. Awesome combo today.
Very nice, Joe. What scent is that 'classic' a dupe of?
The LC is a natural shaver for me as well, Evan. I trust you will have great visits with your grandmother as well. My mom has felt very isolated lately as well. My kids went back to school in September and so visits to Granny ended as we worry about her getting ill as well.
Love the resin pour on that brush, Andrew! I'm sure your question has been answered already, but just in case- the Classic is a dupe of Gillette Sun Up, which had a run in the '60s.
Good luck with the appointment tomorrow, Terry. That homemade slant looks pretty wicked. Did Ryan build a form to bend those tops?
