Good point, Blair, with a straight there’s never a concern with the correct sharpening angle, unless of course, we’re talking about a wedge or near wedge!
Lovely Wolfman, Maestro! If I were ever to buy a another safety razor, it would be a Wolfman. I’d pick the Darwin handle as well! It’s my favorite of all the handles he makes. Enjoy your new safety razor! It is eye-catching!
That's a nice razor! Congrats on your new addition to your den, Joseph! Awesome shave, pic and setup!
Thank you Andrew. The funny part regarding today's shave was not that I used my wife's candle holder as a prop but that she notice the brush for the first time. I have had it a while. She commented that I had an addiction. In the past she has stated that my stuff needed to be on birth control. I told her I could have worse addictions.
Thanks, Charlie. You are absolutely correct in your assessment, regarding the razor. It's like driving a Mercedes, when a Subaru will get you there just as well. If my lathering tutorial helps a few shavers get better results, then it was worth it.
Thank you, James. I think I am cured of RAD for a while, although...I wouldn't mind finding another Cooper. (Had one, but sold it)
Last one....got to get to work! Rick Wakeman, now there's a blast from the past. Have a couple of vinyls of his from the late 70s. I was more of a RW fan than most of the Yes discography, other than Big Generator. Checking out albums of his on Deezer....wow, he's still at it with a vengeance. RW playlist time while working today. Thanks Daniel!
