    2020-10-10. Saturday

Finally it's Saturday and I can rest!
After a week of fighting against bureaucracy (which I lost!) today I can create a logical day for myself.
A friend of mine once said that bureaucracy creates jobs; incontrovertible, but I would be willing to pay my share of those costs leaving the bureaucrats not lifting a finger: they would receive a salary and the paperwork would be solved much faster and more rationally.

Today, after centuries, I had a sweet breakfast. I prepared myself a French toast, although I prefer, by far, the pain perdu, but here, finding rustic bread is a feat beyond my strength.

And, before breakfast, I had tried a sample of soap that had traveled halfway around Europe before arriving in my greedy hands.
I got up with the desire for lavender, when I remembered that sample to try.

I always said that I do not have a great nose (size apart!) and from the white croap did not emanate any particular scent so I chose the gear in the beautiful photo.

Then, once lathered, I felt a note of lavender: that it was repressed desire?
In fact the Tellus, of the Iberian artisan, there are bergamot, cedar and sandalwood
But I could smell the lavender in it, so I used a fantastic AS in alleged olfactory continuity and I repudiated the Dunhill in photo to splash with: the Ach. Brito Lavender.
    Spanish continuity?
You don't think I would have taken the photo again, do you?

That soap is fantastic: it lathers quickly in a compact but soft foam, makes the razor slide and
gives excellent protection. And it is a vegetal...
I will try it again, but I think I can say that it is 'the' vegetal..

I think that if I had to use only one blade, this would be SOC; on my skin it excels with every razor!

Now that I have submitted to you a detailed report of the beginning of my day, I feel that I have absolved my duties.

    Eufros Sandalo Shaving Soap
    Jayaruh #417
    Tourqued Slant
    Gillette Silver Blue

    Aqua Velva Iced Blue

The Eufros Sandalo Shaving Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #417 Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Tourqued Slant razor by Tom with a Gillette Silver Blue blade and wooden Fatboy handle gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Iced Blue. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
