    I just finished grating the puck into the wooden bowl. The soap is certainly triple milled and much harder than the MWF puck. I just keep sniffing the container. Looks like I am huffing glue or something. :happy097:

    Had to look up Panograph watches. Wow. Had never seen those before. Such an extraordinary balance of engineering, elegance, uniqueness and functionality in watch design.

    Such a great setting for the image Douglas! Very nice setup to boot.

    Ouch Jim. Great combo. Have had Blue Samhain in the cart a couple times, just shy of a purchase though. I’ve only had samples. Great image!

    Razor: Gillette Goodwill
    Blade: Permasharp
    Brush: DSCosmetic Galaxy 26mm SilverTip
    SS: Intrepid Man
    AS: Proraso Green

    As I write this it occurs to me I may have a bad blade. Yesterday's Sheraton shave was a little sketchy, but I thought it was lack of prep and a new razor. However, I am familiar with the Goodwill razor and today's shave felt very similar to yesterday. Just not smooth at all. I think I'll bin that blade and try one of these razors tomorrow.

    Lovely shaves with your beautifully kept, immaculate razors. My 7/8 Riga had a great edge until I dropped it and chipped the center of the blade. Reset the bevel and finished on my Jasper stone. Great edge again. Hope you and the wife had a great time, Keith!

    Great shave with an interesting kit, Barry! Have you every had tangle issues with your horsehair brush? I had one, and that was a problem for me. Sold it. Enjoy your day!
