Yup. Gimmicky. It will be used like an adjustable I am sure. Turn it up... leave it up... turn it loose. There are no razors that are too aggressive (if not defective) just bad technique.
Ha!!! I hold them up to show no blooming. As a matter of fact I have a cake of vintage Colgate drying up for a video soon. No blooming there either.
I hate to admit this...especially to you, @wchnu but I haven't been blooming my soaps for quite a while. I may wet the surface right before lathering, but a full-blown bloom...nope. I may have to abdicate my position as president.
Great shave Joe! Enjoy the Bronx Zoo! I remember my dad took us there a few times. Loved the elephants, primates and the flamingoes.
I've fallen behind again and I can't catch up; Sunday, forgot to take a picture but remembered to take a picture of my lunch. My shave was with a near wedge 7/8 Koraat and MWF. Since we can't travel outside of the country I had some spicy Japanese ramen, I least I felt like I was in Japan for 20 minutes. Monday shave: a homage to open comb October, Rocnel-G and MWF again. I tried MWF early in my traditional shaving journey and it was a fail. I repurchased it and now it is a success, not an a par with my top tier but good. If ever finish this puck I will not replace it, I prefer Stirling's Electric Sheep.
