    Jason, the best way to describe the LEA soap is a lightly scented SV soap. I find both to be very easy to load and lather with excellent post shave feel. The splash is a stronger scented than many of the SV soaps with equal to or better post shave feel. If I made bowls like you I would skip the bowl and use one of my own. This bowl is a little on the small side with very very little room on top of the puck. However, for those that don't have wood bowls or make them it is a very nice bowl. I have no regrets on getting the set.

    Thanks Gary! It's nice to be able to change things up a bit. It's one of the few times that I have used Cremo to shave my face.

    Great shave and photo Andrew. I regret not picking up the shave stick in Barcelona. The Classic soaps starts of with a scent but that disappears by the end of the pass leaving just a clean smell. The Classic aftershave does have alcohol but with glycerin and bisabolol.

    It can dry out on you, that's why i use a pre-shave or a shaving oil..like everything in life , ‘Horses for Courses’, as the saying goes...' different people are suited for different things.'..especially shaving soap scents!:p

    Oh you would know if it is the dyed version instantly, Andrew. The original bottles were heavily dyed. The Cool is a bright blue and the Spice is a bright blood Red.

    Short and concise today, as I was at work early.
    Excellent shave.
    Went back to the ATG neck pass at the end, with better results.
    The Sharp Star keeps on kicking.
    Made a change of post-shave, as I am hoarding the Agua Lavanda Puig.
    Chose the AoS ASG and ASB instead.    ​
