Me too, Danny, but I OD’d the little bugger on hot chocolate and Toy Story last night! Kept him up an hour and a half past his bedtime! He didn’t get up until 9. My shave was great this morning!
We have two in the shed. You’re right about the volume. I used to cut down the trees and limb them out. Use the tractor to drag them to the open area. When someone ordered a truckload of wood I would go over and split and load the wood. I made a lot of spending money in high school and college selling wood. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Friday's Shave #OCtober GEM MMOC GEM S/S PTFE (3) Omega 11126 Boar PAA Mentholated Charcoal Preshave Cube Mitchell's Wool Fat Dickinson's Witch Hazel Stetson Aftershave Stetson EdT After today's shave, it appears I may have about 10 more shaves left on this MWF puck. It has dwindled faster than I thought it would. Even with using the PAA cube as a preshave, I am still underwhelmed with the lather. It's still functional, slick and has a great post shave, however I may be content when this puck is finished. 2 passes with the MMOC provided a comfortable shave this morning with no irritation or mishaps. A double Stetson finish works well with the cooler temps that rolled in today.
OCtober 16th Gillette NEW SC w Nacet (1) Omega Pro/Poculi Asylum/SV Colonia combo Thayers A very nice shave earlier this morning. Loaded up a fresh Nacet and everything worked as it should- a fine lather, 3 easy passes and one tiny skin-levelin' weeper on the side of my mouth. I must say, I probably don't reach for this SV scent as much as my others. I do put the Colonia a notch below. Don't know if that is because I wouldn't be a fan of the original, or because I'm not a huge fan of the dupe. I've never tried any other AdP dupes or the original. Anyway, the other 3 SV scents are top tier for me. The knot dropped a few hairs today, which is rare enough in an Omega that I'm not worried about it, unless it keeps happening. The knot is isn't new by any means. TGIF, my friends. Have a great day all!
