i loved the time with my grandad.with my dad was good too but not the same.i learned and listened more with grandad..
not at all,but you go on about nicks and cuts but don't follow advice when folks try to help.even recently Joseph said try a three pass shave but you just blew it off like you knew better.i suggested a flatter cart type razor and you gave it 2 goes ..how long do you expect people here to offer help when you don't go along.? we all love you here but if you want to do your own thing then stop griping about nicks and cuts..example."great shave but could have been better ,working on it" would work.we as your friends are just trying to help you..it's frustrating..
My grandad (father's side)died 6 years before I was born. My Dad said he would have really enjoyed and loved his grandson(talkinabout muhself). Only three of my paternal cousins got to know him.
Well, if this thread is only about 30 day rules then I'm disqualified too. I'm sure Gary was just pulling your chain. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
some folks don't like to be called out it seems..i apologize for any misgivings..blunt tactics produce mixed results..
I didn't blow off the 3-pass shave....I tried it at Joseph's suggestion, and I've done it before. I latched on to some pointers Charlie gave me, and am glad I did. I just do the best I can, given some disability issues that are cogenital. I'm sorry about mentioning the nicks, cuts, etc. I will work at stopping the griping. I understand how that can frustrate the group. Like you said, my shave, my way, but I try to incorporate into each shave much of what is advised by you guys. I like to think I'm also in here for the fun, the friendships. I don't know what else I can say.
I do have a relic that my granddad gave my dad, from his service in WW1. I'm so delighted to have it. My dad had it with him for years. Stays in the family with pride .
