    Thank you Paul! I usually do 45 min on the bike or treadmill, but I am in my street clothes and I have been lightening up my workouts this week. I am in the gym 6 days a week and sometimes I go 8 times because on some days I do weights in the daytime and go at night for a very light cardio approx 20 to 25 min.

    Slight menthol in the background sounds just fine to me. I'm not a menthol fiend, but it is nice to have sometimes. Great looking shave, Clint!
