I am moving pretty slow this morning. I need to go into the office this morning but I hope to be able to work remote this afternoon. At least I was able to get in a great shave before starting the day. The boar did a wonderful job loading and lathering "The City". The performance of this soap is top notch. The scent is a very nice combination of oud and sandalwood. Three passes and touch ups ended with the baby tucked in for the morning. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Mystic Water~~Simpson PL8~~WR2/Wilkinson~~The "Veg"
Aaaahhhh, Mystic Water. Brilliant soap base with an unbeatable slickness and post-shave.
While I have used many of Michelle's soaps over the past 6 years, only this Lilac remains.
No reason, just is.
And while the floral scent may not be for everyone, it is the perfect foil for the Veg.
Just take a close gander at this lather.

The WR2 was on fire this morning loaded for bear with the Wilkinson Chromium.
This blade is stellar. Sharp 'n smoooooooooooooooth.
Two passes (WTG/ATG) and some cleanup left my face more beautiful than I ever thought possible.
Side note: Regarding face-lifts and Tummy Tucks; these procedures are much more prevalent in Kentucky.
Felt an indescribable urge to clear the air.
And finally, for all of you "Veg-Haters", I applied a double-splash right in front of Dr. Mrs. Primo
and she never batted an eye.
(And no, she wasn't wearing a gas mask for anyone out there clever enough to have come up with that retort)

Very good shave this morning. I came back with the Soap Exchange(Lumberjack). Same aftershave too-AgadirMen(Oud). Last night I "flattened out" most of the remaining Lumberjack, including some I scraped off the circumference areas of the puck, so as to get all the soap in or around the middle. 0:30 to load the soap onto the Jayaruh. Actually, during the first pass I loaded a little more, which I find helps me to keep things a little dry for that 1st pass. Face and neck felt so smooth I could have stopped after pass #1, but I proceeded into the 2nd. One thing I'm improving at these days is avoiding areas I miss-having the presence of mind to go back and redo them.It sounds so much better when I say "Oh I missed that!" instead of "Oh, I cut myself!". But all went very well all around. I'm happy to give myself my 3rd straight Top Of The World Excellent.

I'm due to get my Razorock delivery this Friday. The shipment began in Canada-Ontario to be exact. ​
