    2020-10-20, Tuesday

I felt like another almond soap.

The choice fell on Panama, a good soap, so much so that I have the vague curiosity to try the others of the Neapolitan soap maker or who makes them.
Although, as an almond croap, I prefer the AccaKappa.

The choice of the brush depended only on the length of time it was not used.

An excellent choice for a foggy morning...

Hard to make out your gear in picture, should turn on a light to bring out a nicer picture. Must be overcast day?

Razor: Valet auto-strop C1, Canadian Variant- Mfg 1920's NDC, modified (1yr+ ago)blade gab from .011 to .007"thousands, it just made it so much smoother, the older blades might of not been as sharp as of todays because with .011" it was very aggressive I felt.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE (1) [IMG] Very sharp, excellent longevity, predictable and smooth's out nicely.
Soap: Tabac- mild flowery clean scent with excellent lather qualities IMO.
Brush: Yaqi Tuxedo knot 24mm with black marble handle- excellent and favorite lather creator with cloud like tips. Hard to beat!
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear aloe Vera gel on cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups, WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock blue barber with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS+ no irritation + no weepers =[IMG]excellent shave with my modified gap blade Valet auto strop & modified Gem blade. Lots of modifications to make it work to my standards of a excellent shave it seems, great razor.

    You're right Ron.
Being all components quite known around, I thought they were evident enough.
And I list what they are.

    I apologize.

    Soap: Jeff's Soap

Bowl: Tom White (@twhite) 3D Printer Black
Decanter: Scrimshaw Whale Tooth Decanter (Sound Fast) Product ID #3835 or #3838

This is one of my favorite Old Spice Decanters. There were six styles of Scrimshaw Decanters sold from 1974-1976. The bottles sported simulated scrimshaw depicting whaling or sailing imagery. Packaging was a clear plastic with the decanter on a silver plastic base. Each decanter held 6 ounces of Cologne. This item is full of Old Spice Cologne.
    Great shave today.
