    Thanks, Jason! I have a tub of their Chestnut L’Orange too and it has a fairly strong scent off the puck.

    Lack of scent has caused my hesitation of buying two soaps on my radar: Stirling Sheep and Soap Commander Integrity.

    SS & AS: Tabac

    I realized I hadn't shaved with a straight in several weeks so this was the morning to change that. I refreshed the edge with a diamond spray strop and a good 60 strokes on my strop. The edge felt fantastic, nice and sharp. I just did 2+ passes with a little extra cleanup on my chin. I ended up with an excellent DFS finish with no blood. It was awesome!

    I'm hoping I can catch up on some reading tonight. TSD said I was over 1000 messages behind when I got home. :) October is a fun month.
