very cool Danny..lots of folks say its the muhle/edwin jagger head..makes sense..as this is popular, well liked ,and readily available on today's market.gillette's razor machinery is long gone..not the first time gillette has used someone else's design..flat bottom tech from england comes to mind.british 7 oclock new comes to mind from the 30s..
Thanks Gary. I figure it will shave a lot like the DE89 head. I'll see in the morning. It is great seeing another DE option on store shelves. I think Walgreens was and may still be carrying it. I picked this new one up for $12.00 including shipping off of E-Bay. Hard to pass up that one up. Take care!
absolutely,nice score.i myself don't have one as it doesn't reflect my vintage gillettes but it is good that gillette finally has a mass produced razor to support their current blade manufacturing ..for the longest time they have been a cartless horse..no pun intended..
