    This week has flown by. Atlanta is a mess this morning. All the trees here do not play well with tropical force winds. We have trees down everywhere with wide spread power outages.

    Hi guys! I am doing ok. The eye is slowly improving and I am not in pain. I shaved yesterday for the first time since Sunday with one of my Fatboys for a BBS shave. Hopefully, I will be back to normal and contribute here as usual. In the meantime, I am with you in spirit. Have a great day.

    good morning gents..canadian new sc today .beautiful C&E lime lather built with another beautifully built walnut BBJ omega brush by our Jason @jtspartan .the matching walnut bowl is now home for the soap.2+ fine passes resulted in bbs territory.touch of twisted thayers lemon astringent and lime cologne to finish..fabulous shave..have a great day everyone..:cool:

    Very nice, Jim. You see- THAT'S why I'm no pro. I try to do those type of swirls on purpose when I pour sometimes, Pros sell them as 'seconds'...:happy097:

    I prefer the grip (feel, not looks) of the Simpson and the feel of the hair. I am not a huge fan of the crunchy gel tips of the M&F, however, they soften up significantly when wet. One is a Bentley and the other is a Volvo.
