    Thanks Patrick, Joe the Chemistry Man suggested the same thing a while back, as the same thing was happening in my CTS Grandpa's Barbershop.. I'll see what it(Phoenix) looks like tonight and take necessary action, as I will use the same soap tomorrow.

    Thank you Patrick. I like the 7 O'clock greens. I have been using them for the past three years. They seem to deliver excellent shaves without an issues.

    Thank you Joe. I have not had any issues with the supposed aggressiveness of the R41. I picked it up about two years ago. My straight razor experience was somewhat limited at that time. I was gradually becoming comfortable with shaving with the straight in the usual challenge areas. I would tend to think that my experience with the Merkur 37c , which I have had over twenty years, assisted in my ease in transition to using the R41 without much of an incident.

    I like the razor a lot. Good amount of blade feel without being harsh. Beautiful to look at. Polished to perfection.
