    No need to switch, David! I’ll be shaving my head with a safety razor till the cows come home. I used to think 6 was too aggressive, but since I’ve been open edge shaving, my safety razor technique has benefited. I ride the cap, and have no issues! I really enjoy the “blade feel”. It’s all about lightness of touch (i.e. negative pressure), a skill one quickly masters in open edge shaving. I honestly think it’s easier to just start with a straight. PM me your address! I have a Gold Dollar with a buttery smooth jasper edge I can PIF your way!
