This is how my TOBS arrived today. Not impressed.

 

had a few like that.hard to take but that happens with their cream tubs when travelling..the platinum was the worst..quite runny compared to other flavors..

 

Yes it is Gary. The scent is not same as the last one I had either . Looks like someone scooped out half the tub.

 

i did mention something to the vendor after i received it.he was happy to send me another..

 

I emailed them....in a nice way of course. That's the first time I've ever had a complaint about a product from them.

 

Weigh it then you will Know if you have a Ligament complaint and sorry it didn’t work out for you.

Ok thanks Cliff . This looks like it had an air pocket and the crusty part over top collapsed down into the rest. The scent is off from the last Eton college I had also. Smells like dept store hand cream to me , not that pleasant scent I'm used to.

 

Fine Fresh Vetiver soap and A/S
Eleven Lime and Basil soap and A/S
D.R. Harris Windsor soap and A/S

A little out of season up here in the Northern Hemisphere but who cares?

As you can see I like my Sandal wood shave products, First time trying Fendrihan and was impressed with customer service and follow up, the Ogallala aftershave is very nice when dried down on the skin(good juice). The Cyril R Salter Sandal wood soap complements the Ogallala A.S IMO, the soap has good lather qualities & not a overwhelming scent of Sandal wood like TOBS sandal wood.

I should get my Blackland Dart Stainless Steel razor from Maggard Razors tomorrow from FedEx. I bought this with the profits I made playing roulette.

 

I've always wondered how these will shave. And also if the cartridges can be opened to put new blades. It should also be Ok for use in traveling..............

 

I, too, have had "machine-loaded" tubs have this appearance. The performance should not be affected.

 

IMO, the Salter Sandalwood is one of the most accurate and true sandalwood scents on the market. Enjoy.

I tried a bit for my head shave Tuesday night with a 'bowl lather' and it seemed ok, just ugly to look at in the tub. Looks like dried meringue to me . The scent came back to what I remembered from the sample I had before . Just irks me when something arrives this way.
