    This one is an unplanned outage. We haven't done much work to support the outage but we are here should the need arise. Plenty of other work getting done with all the extra hours though.

    Paul, I had the opportunity to serve as a middle school math coach for a few years. I truly feel that this is a critical period in a young person's life where they form beliefs and make choices that will affect their life's trajectory. As you can imagine, we talked about more than just math. Middle school teachers deserve our highest respect because they serve in a war zone.
