Good morning guys!

I dedicate this shave to all the veterans and want to thank you for serving our country.

11/16 C-Mon Full Hollow Sq Point
Heritage Collection C-Mon Super HD Badger Brush

I chose the C-Mon razor and brush because it sounds like the word seaman which is appropos for this special day. I had let the brush soak overnight because I really wanted a wet, slick, thin lather. Loading the brush with a pasty sample, this glorious scent really explodes. It stays strong as I am lathering my face. This is one of my favorite Stirling scents because it is bright and it lasts awhile. As I was stropping this razor last night, I decided to check the edge. I did an arm test and I just touch the hairs and they get clipped. The seller that sold me this razor really knows how to hone. After one pass with a 40 hr stubble, I had a near BBS shave. Did I say that this razor was uber sharp?
Lol! Second and final pass gave me a BBS shave without any bloodshed or irritation. Applied the matching aftershave and there wasn't any feedback. I have to say this was a wowie shave! Have a great day guys!

Yes I was. Can't explain why I never developed the "dialect" though. My parents didn't have it(my Mom had it in her younger days though, but my Dad was a Midwesterner).

I am impressed Joe! You keep shaving like that and we will have to graduate you.

Today was my first use of the vintage Colgate soap and it performed like a champ. The slick, thick and yogurty lather reminds me of the same that I get from the vintage Williams soap. As expected, the scent is long gone from this puck, but I am impressed with the overall results.

2 easy passes with some moderate skin stretching resulted in a near-BBS without irritation or mishaps this morning.

Veterans Day is a good time to remember that our freedom isn’t guaranteed. It’s protected by the men and women in our Armed Services. To those who secure our way of life, thank you!

Actually, it does. I have a lavender soap that is dark and masculine. I seem to remember Maestro @Primotenore using a rose scented soap and said it was not a girly girl scent. He didn't use those exact words, but you get the idea.

I agree. The classes are smaller and quite frankly it is different.
