What Straight Razor Did You Use Today?

I only did a one pass with the grain to test the edge. The rest was done with the merkur 37c.

Razors are Zwilling Henckels 80 and Kabrand 426.

Shaving cream palmolive sensitive shaving cream

Pitralon classic as.

 

13/16 Shell 92 Silver Steel by Perfectworks. Soap and balm were IC Mango, brush is an M&F.

Some of these covered tang razors go a little lighter than I like, and this is one of those.
I do like the look though.

The Arko Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #220 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Weck Sextoblade US Medical straight with a Personna Hair Shaper blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Iced Blue AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Yesterday, Filly 14 Novodur with T&H lavender and Agua Lavanda Puig. Today, Filly 14 Sub Cero, MeC Agrumes with Myrsol Agua Limon finishing up. Both excellent shaves.

Much different shape and grind from the P.A. & S Small razor, as this one is probably 1/4 hollow... but oh so comfortable.

I Had a Shave this Morning with My Recently Acquired NOS C - MON Solingen Blackie 5/8th +.Looks as if it Was Just Made this Morning..The Last One I Bought Would Not Hold an Edge Due to Dodgy Tempering Issues..So I Just Had to Get Another One..Its Actually a Near 6/8th Not Including the Spine.It was Very Hone Friendly & Finished on a Escher Thuringian..Uber Close Shave..Wunderbar..

Another looker Billy.
Those C-MON scales are some of the prettiest. Right up there with the Otto Deautch Hans scales.
