Vintage Merkur Progress. I asssume the case is also correct even though it does say Hoffritz on it since it is known that Hoffritz did distribute this razor at one point. It is hard to date these razors but my guess is this is a 60s or 70s era piece.

gift from my friend..holeka 50 straight razor, made rite 64069 badger brush and williams soap stick tube with flip open top..

 

Nice...I really like the razor.....unique scales.

Very nice! That razor reminds me of the new one that Wilkinson Sword (Edgewell) has now - The Quad Blade Razor. Kensurfs did a YouTube review on it recently.

 

I saw it on Amazon. Blades a bit pricey, almost $7.00 for 5 with Prime. Too bad they didn't make it to also use DE blades. Still cheaper than carts anyway.

Just got this vintage 4.4 oz bottle of Stetson aftershave. Does anyone know when this version of Stetson was made?

 

I'm thinking early to mid 80s.

I seem to remember using Stetson in that same bottle.
