Yes, he was born in NJ, but he didn't live there too long because he does not have a NJ/NY accent. I have listened to him speak and he doesn't have that brash NY accent like a Fred Flintstone.
It's presumably a combination of NY/Boston. I think from the time he was at Holy Cross until his death he never really left the Boston area.
Great shave, Jason! I have a CK6 scentless soap. How do you like it compared to MWF. I’m thus far not a fan. I can’t handle any of the PAA scented soaps, too strong a smell for me. This one is ok, but frankly I’m not getting the same level of skin benefits I get from my MWF. YMMV
Trust me. He doesn't have any trace of NY. Let's end this and say that he doesn't sound like Fred Flintstone.
Cool, Gary! Are you going to give straights a shot! I never thought I could, but I’m really glad I can. It’s a little bumpy in the beginning, but well worth it!
I know you didn't ask me but I have a lot of experience with PAA's CK6 base. It leaves the best post shave feel of any soap I've tried. Nothing leaves my skin as soft and silky as CK6. Sent from my SM-T510 using Tapatalk
hello gents.after seeing one of Jim's latest razor cases i asked if he would make another.i had recently recieved a special to me razor from a kind member here, the 1950 gillette executive,a fine razor deserves a fine case so this is what our Jim,..built.. Absolutely gorgeous..thank you Jim.. @Jayaruh ..
Thanks, Evan, they’re around! The Manhattan Cutlery French Point razor I shaved with today is really spoiling me. It’s pretty cool shaving with a 180 yr old razor!
