To add to this Gentleman saga , Jason @jtspartan generously gifted the soap to me where I now pair it with Chantallion Lux Unconditional Surrender. He sure knows how to match soaps to fragrances and I wear that combo in his honor.
Was just on Fendrihan site and not much choice left for soaps . Wanted a Platinum but took a L'orange Noir and Italian citrus before they get swallowed up forever.

It’s not difficult, nor need it be expensive if you go the lapping films route. Slash McCoy of Crescent City Razor has listed the specific steps to be followed using the “Method”. It works!
The Arko scent was just a put off for me but the performance of the soap one cannot argue with. You will enjoy the Feathers. You have been shaving long enough to manage them. Take care.
Cella Red is an excellent aroma and soap for this household. Wifey approved, including the matching after shave. With a nicely damp brush, lather explodes as soon as you start swirling/loading from the container. Not sure what component of our extremely hard DFW water or which soap ingredient contributes to this, but it’s absolutely not the case with many soaps. Very easy to build a lather as thin or thick as you would want. Very nice gear and setups Keith! Busy, balanced...is always a good thing.
