Great shave in the Heart of Dixie today! The F-400 Razorock brush (aka Big Red) tore up the Soap Commander and produced a large amount of thick goo this morning. I slapped that goo on like a six inch paint brush on a fence. When Big Red is splayed out one swipe across your neck from ear to ear has you covered. The Razorock Gamechanger Jaws 0.84 and a Shark blade completed a beautiful three passer with no problems. I am really enjoying the Jaws and Dscosmetics titanium handle combo. Finished the shave off with a few splashes of Pinaud Clubman Aftershave Lotion. Bruce and Big Red make a great combo. Hope everyone's Wednesday is a good one!
Wonderful shave Clint! I noticed Ken Surfs over on youtube brought that tonic out on one of his videos once, Pretty sure it's limited edition can't find it anywhere. Have a great day!
Sounds like that soap must make a good lather, all my shea butter soaps perform the best. Glad you had a great shave Danny! Enjoy your day sir!
Great looking setup and report Clint. Y'all keep on using that SBST....hmm.... Nice Perry. Hope all goes well with the activities today!
Good morning, Perry. I'm glad to see you posting again. I thought you might have snuck off and grown a beard. I'm glad to hear that Wilson is doing better. Thanks for being on the front lines with the high schoolers this year.
Great shave, Danny. You have done gone and pushed the big red button! Happy Wednesday in the great state of Alabama, my friend.
Hello Myles. It's good to see you posting, and I'm glad you are settled in your new home. The Shave Tonic is made here in my hometown. Really good folks and a cool barber shop also. https://derbycitychopshop.shopsettings.com/Winter-Reserve-Small-Batch-Shave-Tonic-p182299047
Well, I could just take my report from yesterday and rubber stamp that baby into here. What can I add, y'know, except that this one was for this morning, and I had a Stoylin brush this morning. 2 passes, no "problems". I suppose I could have done a little better at N. Cactus Nation. But overall, another winner. I made the comment a while back that one thing that is nice about using Sir Hare soaps if you're a beginning wet-shaver is that they print general instructions right on the jar. Out Of This World Excellent. (Note: Please don't rubber stamp a baby, the kid might have something to say about that).
Excellent shave Joe! I used Noxema Classic cleansing cream to kick up the Williams lather. I used up the last of my 2 pucks earlier this year. I don't mind Williams, but I just don't like to do somersaults to get a nice lather. However, Williams was slick to use for my headshaves. Enjoy the day!
Terrific shave, gear and photo. Have a good day Clint. Nice pic and setup Perry! I am sure that you are going to get a nice shave this morning. Glad you son is better. Have an awesome Alabama day my friend!
Excellent shave, pic and gear! Big Red was the nickname of Secretariat. I guess when you use this setup you can say the Bruce is riding Secretariat for a Triple Crown shave! Ok, that's a stretch! Lol! Have a nice day Danny!
