My first shave with the H2 (OC) plate was barely distinguishable from yesterday’s shave with the H1 (SB) plate -- maybe a little more efficient

Jim, take good care and be well. I had surgery on my eyeLID of all places. Too much lying in the sun, we figured. As for my neck, well, perhaps a different situation than yours-it's been bothering me with off and on discomfort for years(back and sides, not front). My primary doc knows about it, but it may be time to ask him for a referral to a specialist. ICY HOT works all right, but it's just momentary relief.

Tonight's shave was with a freshly honed razor. Maiden shave for this one, after restoration. I had a silky smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BDBS. I expect nothing less, from this razor maker. One of my favorite makers.

Soap- AOS Kingsman, "Bourbon".
Brush- B-400, by Tom(@twhite ) . Omega Boar knot. Great combination.
Aftershave- Vintage Avon Spicy. Vikings Horn Decanter.

I hadn’t touched my Schick G type since 2013 so I couldn’t resist taking it out this evening. I love this razor! Very efficient and easier to use then the E2, therefore the shave was more confident as if I was using a mild razor like my Blue Tip (although the G1 still has aggression!). A wonderful easy one pass shave. Aces!
