After several weeks away from home and enjoying a C3 early Schick and a Personna Floating head with a twin blade I picked up a straight for today’s shave. This is always one of my favorites (I think I’ve concluded it’s not possible to have a favorite that endures.) The Thayers at the end felt especially nice and topped off a wonderful shave

I like it with the regular injectors because the twins clog for me. I rinse by swishing the razor in the water. I do not shave with running hot water like I did when young. I just put some cold water in the bowl and use it to swish my razor. So, cleaning the twin blades in cold water by swishing is not efficient. One blade works great for me.

**EDIT - 2-pass + clean up. BBS and feels great. I love the Klar shaving soap. The whole set gives a fantastic shave and scent. The Futur with the BiC CP blade on the tamest setting is my best shave in my den and the Futur is the most underrated razor in shavedom IMO.
