  1. Double Gentleman for the win! I may have to show this pic to SWMBO just to see the reaction. :lam:
Love that Grizzly Bay brush, Jim. The finishes on their brushes is really as good as it gets. Tonnes of on the wheel buffing after the CA work, I would think.

  2. I have noticed. I was just questioning whether the issue was the so called aggressiveness of the razor. I do not find it to be that at all.

  3. rare enough compared to others.the newest U.S one i have found is L-3.but the head/end caps look different that the rocket.

  4. Sounds like a nice shave, Joseph. Love the DD as always. That Light Brigade seems to be at the legendary Personna 74 levels for usage.

  6. Rightful place would have occurred if with approximately six minutes left Nathan LaFayette does not hit the post.

  7. Very interesting and inventive, Danny. Usually frankenrazors on here involve switching out different handles. By combining different top and bottom plates you've taken that to a whole 'nother level.
What do you think of the soap? Is it a dupe? On sale for Black Friday right now at IB, I see.

  8. Thanks for reminding me! Game 7 was a bit of a let down after the way we played in gms 5 & 6. Had you guys on the ropes...the extra day off sure helped your veteran team. As did Mark Messier breaking Trevor Linden's nose at the end of game 6 in a cheap shot that these days would have resulted in a suspension...
As you can tell, I am clearly over it.:happy097:

  9. Thanks Jason! I really like the soap performance and scent. For the sale price it is a no brainer.

  10. Sorry to hear you're moving a little slowly, Clint. Hopefully you have felt better as the day has gone on. Well, if the Tatras work in your new 'Merica, at least they will be worth keeping. That handle by Evan is one of the true faves in my den. Love it. You and I didn't get 007, but at least ours still has the famous 'license to kill' designation with the 00 start...

  11. Very nice, Jeff. IB/Razorock really has produced some quality Stainless steel razors lately, and for a very good price.

  12. Very nice, Andrew. I have an I1...what is the difference between that and the Hydromatic (I2?)version?
Love the Jeeves lather, and is there any cooler artwork out there for our little merry band!

  13. Beautiful pic, Blair. Love the EVO, a great knot is a solid handle. That soap is on sale again at IB, fwiw.

  14. Thanks, Blair. Yes, I used the Supply with the 2 dot plate the day after receiving it. I also played with one on loan from Screwtape for a few weeks a couple of years ago. Looking forward to pulling it out in a few days as well.

  15. Great combo, Gary. Very quietly, you have amassed a fine collection of vintage brush handles as well. Very cool, sir.

  16. Thanks, Jeff. I can already tell you some of my thoughts on the Supply. Before, when I tried it (on loan), I got great, smooth, easy 3 pass shaves with the 2 dot plate and more aggressive shaves with the 3 dot plate that often had me satisfied enough after 2 passes. I didn't use the one dot plate very often. I am looking forward to spending time with the different plates again after a few years away from this quality shaver.
