Like a 3 euro coin... I'm back.

Yesterday it was black Wednesday that nothing has to do with sales and spending to save money (which reminds me of fighting for peace and having sex for virginity...): my PC is in a coma and I will have to intervene drastically!

The only glimmer of serenity was a nice and efficient shave: what a satisfaction to get to 74 and the only asset on the balance sheet is to shave well! O tempora o mores...

The L'Occitane Shaving Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #206 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Twinjector razor with a Personna Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Family Dollar Spice AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

My alphabetical OSP journey has been put on hiatus, as I've just received a new printed GEM 3d razor, which I need to trial with a fresh blade and different soaps.

Blown away by this razor which actually cost me less than $10 delivered. Just had the most excellent 3 pass shave. The shallow shaving angle is very intuitive and brings the best out of my favourite blade.
Kudos to Roger for his ingenious simple design.

Not quite a Grand Freeze but still colder than cold enough to satisfy my “menthol addiction.” The Krampert’s Frostbite soap’s scent is so nice - it’s a blend of pine and frankincense with a couple of other notes which I can’t describe, the lather is so thick, dense, and rich, it has good slickness if you add a bit of water while you work it up, and the menthol sensation is quite strong - about the same level as Jaco’s Kudu’s Kick. This soap also gives wonderful postshave care that the Prep and Krampert’s Frostbite aftershave enhance very well. The Minora blade is still performing quite well - even on its twelfth day I had a great BBS shave!
