    My Mother in Law kept both Asha and Maya each day while Swati and I worked and established our careers. She died suddenly of a heart attack when the girls were 9 & 5. Telling them was one of the hardest things I have ever done.

    The prime rib came out terrific. We had it in the sous vide for eight hours at 129° then moved it to a 425° oven for about twenty minutes to brown the outside. Perfect.

    nor i .i used to scrape engine oil pan gaskets with them..:D i still have a bunch with the cardboard wrap around the blade.
