  2. Superb shave Jeff. Did you thin out the lather by design or was it an inadvertent over hydration?

  4. I have, in the past, owned a British Ever Ready 1912 with the art deco handle. I currently own a US made 1912 with the art deco handle again. I've had my eye out for a clamshell with that nice handle. I find the British 1912 to be a shade more efficient than the US model I have tried.
  5. Did you get the razors I sent, David! Just curious?

  11. I have a lot of respect for Richard Simmons in trying to educate people that exercise can be fun and most importantly great for their health and well-being. At one time, he was morbidly obese and made great strides to change it. My concern with his transformation and his methods was that it was all cardio and no weight training. At his "fittest", he didn't have muscle tone and had a prepubescent body type. He catered mostly to women that are always into cardio with no weight training whatsoever. Anyway, I saw pictures of him in his 60's and quite honestly, he looked like crap. I would imagine he looks worse now that he is 72.

  17. Thank you Danny. My office here at home gets the afternoon sun so at least it seems to be warming up. I have had a productive morning. Got some office work done, sold 1 razor and have 2 more listed on DFS BST.

  20. Thanks Gary....I've noticed on this and several other Old Type heads I have there is a lot of wear on the threads. The Karve handle may thread on with no problems. I'll check it and I sure will not be torqueing on it.
