    It was mid 50's. I just walk to my car, put the heat on and drive a mile and a half to LA Fitness. The walk from my car to the gym isn't far. After working out, back to the car and went to my fav bagel place to have an egg/bacon sandwich with coffee and juice for lunch. Stopped at park to relax and went home. Really, I wasn't outside for any length of time so that cool air did not affect me, especially after my gym session.

    not boring at all Jeff.i am liking neutral scented soaps more these days,then i can use any post shave product..:)..the kaizen is great stuff,but i would prefer the base in a different scent.reminds me of Wrigley's juicy fruit gum.it pairs well with my burberry brit edt so i will just use it up.

    I'm not sure I get the joke! But yeah I'm up bright and early... I workout, drink coffee and eat eggs before having a shower and then heading out the door between 7.00-7.20.

    I used to own all the plates. All I have left is an E-SB, C-SB, C-OC, D-OC and F-SB. You’d be welcome to any I don’t keep, Danny!

    Thank you Danny! It was a lot of work and determination. 9 months of just walking and stretch band work before even thinking about going to a gym and I was still so out of shape at the start of my gym memembership. It was worth the time and expense. My membership is up in just 2 months, but I have SilverSneakers that allows me to use my home gym for free.
