  3. Yeah....my example of the CH2 synthetic does require some abuse to get the bristles to splay for face lathering, which ends up with the soap/lathering aerating a bit much around my eyes. It's the only brush I remember that does this.....and I am not a fan of anything floating or near my eyes.

Awesome Pierpaolo! Love the B&W/color punch.

Very nice Perry! We're sending a little warmer weather to the East today....

Nice Red Tip and vintage feeling OS setup Myles!

  4. Very nice Myles...I like Old Spice but my wife doesn't like it on me. She says she does not want her husband smelling like her grandfather. I can understand that and can comply. That why we have been married for 34 years.:D

  10. Thanks Clint....my son said last night....just be thankful we don't live up north and have a big dairy farm. I told him I was very thankful we didn't. I do appreciate the work our farmers do to feed us. I think we take them for granted.

  13. Dad was a brick mason but liked to play at being a beef farmer. He raised the cows to either sale or slaughter. A few years before he passed away, he planted the entire open area's with pines. Between the selective cutting of hardwoods every 5 years and thinning the pines, Mom has made out pretty well.
  14. Thank you Danny.

  16. 2nd shavette shave
Head every other day with ATT S2 went as always, Near BBS with one pass and more work around swirly areas.

    Shavette
Set down flat then tip. Only forgot once, learned my lesson the day before with 4, count'em 4 bad set downs.
One pass only except easy part of cheeks 2 pass.
Not a great shave, bade even, but it's a start till my softquard AC on rush get in to expand my technique I'll just do one pass.
Also under nose and beside ears especially not good.

Quick touch up with DE as per Trigger rather than rushing thngs. Will just expand passes etc naturally as I progress instead of getting frustrated and quitting, (again) , to eventually get to full face 2 pass. Not sure if 3 pass with SE will be worth it, but that will be a-ways down the road. I won't even think about the Dome till face is second nature.
  17. It will be 30 years of marriage in the Spring, so yeah, I will keep her. Plus, she used a DE razor (she has three) and shave soap, so she never complains when I place an order for more soap (and this keeps my post somewhat shaving related - grin).

Chris - enjoying learning, whatever the subject
  18. Excellent shave Dale! Have a great day!
