Thank you, Gary! It is similar but still distinctly different than the regular Clubman - I just can't describe exactly what it is.
Our body prefers to use carbs to fuel it rather than fat and protein. Unfortunately, people think that carbs are bad. It is the refined carbs like pasta, sugar, etc that will harm you if you eat too much of it. Fruits and veggies are the good carbs because we get essential nutients and no rapid sugar spikes. Everything in moderation is the key.
