My whiskers grow in every direction. If I were to do a one pass shave I'd have to do so much touch up I may as well do three passes. The hair in the hollows of my neck swirls so I don't even try for BBS there, that would be asking for trouble.

It is a little warmer in Alabama today.

Awesome shave with some solid performers. The little Frank Shaving brush is a sweet little brush and had no problems whipping up the Black Label. The Occam's Safety Razor with an Astra was a three pass treat this morning.....most excellent razor. A few squirts of Black Tie Gentleman a dupe of Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford and I am ready.

Eating ribs for lunch. A co-worker lost a little wager with me about the election so today is collection day. I may have to post a picture.

The chess pieces are from a set I bought this summer. They are reproduced from a late 1800s set that was manufactured by B & Company. 4.3 inch kings. I know enough about chess to get myself in trouble but it is a fun game. I need to build a nice board but I have not had time.

Perhaps we need a Thorium Thursday. If you don't have any Thorium, any toxic isotope is acceptable such as Brut or Clubman.

I won't be participating because I like having my wife around, but I'll support anyone as long as I don't have to enter the contaminated area and can say, "Nice Shave!" from a distance.

Great shave, Jim! I'm glad you’re enjoying your Tradere, but I don’t find it to be anything other than an average shaver, but I don’t add any additional passes. Of course, I only use it for dome shaves, but I get closer smoother more efficient two pass (ATG, ATG) shaves with my Colonial Silversmith or any of my preferred vintage Gillette New models or my Shake Sharps. I shaved with the Colonial Silversmith this morning. Skin stretching has been my secret weapon over beard growth. I do understand the whole YMMV adage, but you and I clearly have different shaving styles and criteria, but the subjective experience is what makes this hobby of ours so interesting.
