I've thought about ordering those blades before. I don't see them very often in shave posts. The price is right though! Excellent shave lineup, Patrick!
Me too! I even got as far as buying the yellowheart and redheart for the two colours. Ironically, I started thinking about it again a few months ago as I found the box of the wood blanks after 15 years! Seriously, though, carving the knight and a few other touches scared me the most. I have never carved anything.
Dec 3 SOTA Good afternoon guys! Shavette Shave #224 Parker SRB Rockwell 1/2 DE Blade (6) C-Mon Heritage SHD Badger Brush Stirling Spice SS and AS Whiskers: 27 hours This is my first completed double-duty shave. Everything worked well once again. 2.5 passes gave me an IBSS+ with no blood loss or irritation. Finished with the matching aftershave and there wasn't any burn. I videod this shave and hopefully I can get on youtube to download it here. It was the first time that I ever video myself shaving. It is a little difficult shaving while looking into my smartphone, but somehow I managed. The shave video only took me just over 10 min and that included loading the brush and lathering my face for 2 minutes. Therefore, from the beginning of the first pass and the end of the shave only took 8 minutes. I stopped the video before I added my aftershave. I wasn't trying to be quick. Lol! I am guessing that it usually takes 15 minutes from start to finish. Anyway, I hope that I can download it here. Have a great day guys! PS. The photo is the same one as yesterday's pic.
Thank you, again, for the thoughtful words, Gentlemen. In general, I love the Sept thru Dec focuses on here.
thank you Jason.the brit new rfb's are my favorite shaver.they have the best attributes imo of the new lc/sc/deluxe razor series with a durable nickel finish..
Thank you, Andrew. I don't play favorites when it comes to borders. Actually, I am an international man of mystery...
Great shave Joe! Looking forward to your video. I think your video will help some folks in their shave journey.
Thank you, Joe! I thought they paired well together. Although, I think I will likely be treating Cella as I would an unscented soap and pair it with most any aftershave.
