Thank you, Jason! Yes, I think the Parker is on the way to BST somewhere. It was worth a shot.

Over the past few years, I have come to really like the shave from the thicker single edge blades, but honestly have more DE than SE razors. Most of them have been sitting in a box for the last couple of years and only being lightly used. My favorite DE razors are my New Deluxe, New Improved, and Barbasol Floating Head.

I prefer 3 piece razors because most of they seem to have a shallower top cap with a different angle. I also normally use 3 piece razors on a Weber Bulldog handle to add a little weight. I feel like I have to use too much pressure when using the lighter TTO and it causes trouble when I go back to a less forgiving SE.

Thanks. It was years ago and I tried to stretch it just to see how far it would go. After 3 or 4 shaves, the longevity and quality of a shave suffers. With how inexpensive DE blades are, I try not to push them (or SE) blades too far. I probably still have 6-800 DE blades in my cache.

Thank you Jason. I believe it is an original made for the Single Edge Razor Fans FB group Vintage's documented scent notes are: citrus, geranium, cedarwood, suede, musks, and amber.

I just bought a Thistle Brand straight at Glen Mercurio’s recommendation. It’s a bit rough scale wise, but the edge-holding ability of the steel these blades were made from is supposedly legendary! It’s going on the stones this afternoon. :)

That's a great result, Paul! OOTWE ftw.

Super colors Pierpaolo! Wow...love that brush!

FFF....cool Patrick! Non funky brush = bonus. Nice images.

I got one of the ppm testers just to check ours. Pretty consistent around the tap outlets, so it's not our piping. And....stuffing it into various bottled/filtered/distilled water sources definitely shows how the city water varies around the year, which is different than the once a year reports we get on their 'findings'.

Actually, Joe, I was referring to Blade length, not width. In this case smaller is better! ;)

Hey...why not...on sale and I have been wanting to try them out.

Got this for my brother for a stocking stuffing. My brother is mentally disabled and loves the WTP lime and orange soap when I shave him. This will amp it up a little and he can have his own soap and splash to keep in his room. I also have a Yaqi green handled brush to match coming in. He is going to love it.

Could not resist added this to the Game Changer. 0.84 solid bar. Oh yeah.

Cella soap and splash will be in today when the mail runs. Looking forward to trying the new plate, blade and Cella out tomorrow.

    Take care guys.

Yes, if there's a stand available for the razor I'll add it to the order. I do store the razors in there stands.
    Thank you, Joe!

As a regular MWF user, I agree completely, Maestro. I don't grate new pucks, but do bloom a new puck for about a week before I no longer have to. :happy088:

Strongly agree, from someone who uses it daily and doesn’t grate new pucks. I’ll bloom a new puck for about a week, and then no longer have to. :)
