Thank you Jeff! It really is fun shaving with Mad Max. I am just glad that I didn't have an oops moment. Lol!
Awesome shave Clint! Good luck with end-of-year work! I think it's funny that I made that post and then got off topic. The side conversations are part of the fun but do get a little distracting. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
I never considered doing it. I knew that my routine would take approx 15 to 20 min, but now I have proof. Again, I didn't want to make a long video so I still went a little faster than usual. I would say that it normally would be closer to 20 min when I am not doing a video.

Great shave and report, Evan! Whether you know it or not you are an excellent enabler!! That is the Dovo Inox model with the olive wood scales that I have been thus far admiring from afar! Why does your photo have to be so danged good!! All of my straights are carbon steel. I just need to keep repeating to myself, I have a Dovo Special, I don't need a Dovo Inox, particularly the one I've been greedily eying for the last few months at Superior Shave.....Aieeeeee! I already feel myself beginning to accelerate down this dang rabbit hole!!
Superb shave...go ahead, wake you brother up...perhaps he might be interested in your Mad Max video debut.
Great shave, report and accompanying photos, Clint! I sold the Tradere and two other razors. Just dropped them off in the mail. Thanks for your suggestions, they worked! Enjoy your shaves!
Super Saturday shave Jim! The F and M mixed with the Bay Rum has got to smell nice. I have the Stirling Frankincense and Myrrh SS and AS. It really is a nice clean scent, but I haven't used it much. Now that it is the holiday season, I better start using it more.
It's funny that you mention that! I remember one video by a guy a year or so ago who videoed his first straight shave. As might be expected the blood flowed. He just applied some styptic and kept shaving.
