I am planning on doing a shavette/ headshave video because it was requested by Patrick and next month I will do a Rockwell Model T shave that was requested by Danny. I hope you learned some things from my video. Mind you, I am not the all to end all in straight shaving. Lynn Abrams, and other youtubers are more experienced.
It is too new to rate, whiling honing and during the first shave I did not detect any differences. We will see how well it holds it edge.

If he likes cans, there’s also Barbasol! It doesn’t have a lot of the garbage in it that a Gillette Foamy has.
Great Tradere shave, Jim! I’m glad it was so good! Mine is on it’s way to CA! I’ve whittled my safety razor collection down by three. My RAD illness has shifted from safety razors to very old restored vintage straights.
SOTD December 7, 2020 Schick L5 'Revere' injector Schick blade JR #60 synthetic Stirling Ozark Mountain soap and splash Got busy yesterday and didn't take a photo. Quick and easy shave this morning. One pass did the trick for a CCS. Still plowing ahead with the Ozark Mountain and enjoying each and every use of it. Enjoy your day!
Changing things up a little this morning in Alabama. I am undecided on whether to leave this head unplated. Evan @MrEE has graciously offered to plate it for me but I am really liking the brass look especially on the Karve handle. This is the Gillette OT modified for a half DE blade. It is great razor to shave with. The blade of choice was a Derby and I am amazed at what a great combo these two make. Three passes for a smooth shave. The Stirling soap and splash was on par this morning......good stuff. Ya'll have a great day.
