  1. Thank you Jason and Joe. I did get the Covid test done but it will be 24-72 hours for a result.

  6. Me too...The good news is if it is too harsh, we can just grind the scalloped plate off and send it to @Terry to use...

  14. Thanks Jeff! The Parker shavette has a bevelled head so the angle is set. The real test for me is when I use the more difficult Dovo shavette with a Feather 1/2 blade.

  15. Better you than me, my friend! I already did a number on my mug 5 yrs ago! I’m in no rush to reexperience the trauma! I’ll stick with my AC and Monsieur Charles shavettes. :happy005:

  20. Thanks Danny. All is okay. Dad lives in an independent living facility, basically an apartment with a common dining room (or meals brought to your room). Activities galore. There’s also 3 home health ladies roaming the facility doing the necessary help with meds and such. Dad had a low blood sugar count, but also a high blood pressure count early this morning. Not ER visit, but close. The ladies managed it very well, and then checked on him several times over the day. Blood sugar and blood pressure back to normal. Wifey and I visited Dad, and brought him goodies and dinner. Everyone watching his numbers every 4-6 hours now for several days.
