• Perry, this is my procedure as well. Following my rinse, I squeegee my face with the edge of my hand, then apply the alum before I add the witch hazel.

Excellent shave this morning Jason. I find that if put my finger over the opening, turn the bottle totally upside down, then release the finger, the splash comes out much more slowly on the newer PAA bottles.

What a pic, Joseph! Much the same as others who have already responded, I am a daily witch hazel user as well. A quick cold water rinse and then I spray on some Thayers whilst I rinse and wipe the razor and brush. I say spray, and I keep a glass spray/pump bottle for the purpose. I prefer that to the regular Thayers bottles.

Awesome. I am a Lavanille fan as well, Jim. Never had the splash, though. I see Fendrihans now how the full lineup of Simpson synthetics (that Petrolhead, CH2, Duke, Trafalgars) available here now. Almost all are listed as sold out at this time, fwiw.

Thank you, Jason! Sort of a busy day. We're recording some music during class throughout the day with the various groups. We cannot perform indoors at the moment in a concert setting, but we can play in our band room. So we're recording some tunes and will send it out to the students and parents so they can watch it. One of the teachers here has good recording and video equipment and has agreed to edit it and put everything together for us.

This is where our techniques differ. I splash the Witch Hazel on, then immediate wipe it off with my towel, thus removing all soap residue. Works great.
