    Christmas Season Day 14.

Blackland Blackbird Steel with Cella for a Marzipan shave.

Prep: Hot Shower and Bloom/Lather Building Water
    Soap: Cella
Razor: Blackland Blackbird Steel (OC and SB)/Merkur Mustache and Eyebrow Razor
Blade: Personna Lab Blue (3)/Merkur Mustache and Eyebrow Blade (14)
    Brush: Zenith Synthetic
    AS: Cella
    ASB: Captains Choice 45th Parallel

When whipped up right Cella is just as good as everything else. Just a nice smooth shave. Got two nicks, but that was OHS, not the fault of the equipment.

    2020-12-12, Saturday

Misty, gray day that asked for Vetiver.

I think I'm making some mistakes because, despite reading praise for this tallow soap, I can't get a proper lather.
What's more, it's a vetiver that doesn't catch me: too sweet for my taste.
As soon as I can I'll marry it to a fatter soap and see what happens.

This oldie razor is really good and I've neglected it for years....

I chose well: this is a vetiver day!
And now I have an excellent fragrance on my face.
