December 14, 2020 Yates 921 H Plate Gillette 7 O’clock Black Thäter 4125/3 Asylum Colonia Shave Soap & Aftershave Happy Monday. Weekends are just way too short. The big badger cloud loaded and lathered the Colonia with ease. I took my time added water and was rewarded with a rich slick lather. Three passes and touch ups ended in a drama free BBS shave. The Yates H plate is pretty much on autopilot now. A splash of the matching Colonia aftershave and I am off to a client site for the day. I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday.
monday canadian shave-"Ugly Razor Day" canadian 4 piece tech platinum canadian rubberset the handsome grouse soap gaylord dominion glass shave mug aqua velva original sport good morning gents.ugly razor day.scored this canadian 4 piece tech maybe mismatched with a gillette bakelite blade case for cheap,hoping the razor would clean up.it's functional but ugly.the case/bladebank is decent and i have the correct brit 4 piece to put back in it. i scored a really clean version of this razor and will look out for the canadian khaki case..this one is well worn and was well loved at one point in it's life.still shaves well,near bbs in 2+..fine canadian handsome grouse lather with the original knot canadian rubberset.canadian av sport to finish..have a fine monday everyone..

In all seriousness, I had to take today off to take my son, Anthony, to his doctor. He appears to have developed a rash of some sort. I was able to stay in the bed two hours later than usual, always a welcomed surprise. I am usually up by 4:40. Naturally, I was up but did not depart the warmth of the bed. This morning’s shave is a duplicate of yesterday as I am trying to stick with my theme for the month. A repeat performance of yesterday’s shave, extremely close but with a slight development of a weeper on my left cheek. A quickly as it appeared, it departed in the same fashion. I will have a busy day between the trip to the doctor, picking up my son’s laptop at his school, making Christmas cookie batter (Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti) and an X3Bar workout. Regarding the workout, I have to keep up with Beastmode @Trigger. Have a great day gentlemen.
Another ugly razor shave. Decided to give it another go this morning with the ugly no notch Super Speed. Three passes with an Astra for a nice smooth shave. Finished it off with some Pinaud Clubman Aftershave Lotion. Thanks to everyone that participated in the Ugly Razor Shave challenge. I know it was a departure from Decadent December but I thought it would add a little Sunday fun. I enjoyed seeing the not so pretties from your dens. Have a great Monday gentlemen!
