Merry Christmas gentlemen! Awesome first run with the Razorock Hawk V2 in Hulk Green. The MWF was on par as usual.....good thick glorious goo. I loaded a Feather Professional Blade in the Hulk and went to town. A little tuggy especially on the first pass but I did complete three passes with no blood loss. Alum was barely noticeable. This razor can cover some ground and takes a little getting use to because of the extra width. Jeff sent a pack of Feather Professional Supers with the razor and they may be smoother than the Professional Blades. I'll check those out a little later. The Hawk V2 is a nice razor with excellent fit and finish. I like it! Finished the shave with a little Irish Chestnut by Andy Hilfiger. Be in prayer for my daughter and the grandson that is on the way. Her doctor scheduled her for inducement next Monday. Apparently little one was not having that and decided to get the ball rolling this morning at about one. My wife had to go stay with the granddaughter. Daughter and son in law went to the hospital. wednesday brit shave 1969 brit tech-brass handle platinum simpson special percy nobleman burberry brit good morning gents.another fine brit shave..this time the late model tech with brass /nickel handle 1969 vintage.fabulous lather from a recent (2013) manufacturer..slightly better than tobs with more slickness and post shave..happy with the purchase .bbs in 3 smooth passes.fine razor.capped it off with some twisted thayers and burberry brit again..awesome...have a great wednesday everyone..

Gem MMCP Gem Stainless PTFE Semogue 22mm BC Mistura MWF Alum Superior 70 The lather was a bit off the first pass and I initially blamed the blade. Second pass straightened things out and finished with some blade buffing along the jaw line for one of the better recent shaves. Neither the alum nor the Superior 70 complained, letting me know I got through it without any irritation. Enjoy your day.
