  3. I have a lot of things and more than I need really like most all of us here but I'm not a collector........... I'm definitely a consumer of the products I acquire :happy088: The cologne had all evaporated and was gone but I was really wanting the 5 oz aftershave and the bowl of William soap mainly.
  4. Thank you,Clint. The furlough is short term and that's a bonus...As you say hopefully Covid 19 will dramatically recede in 2121. With the UK coming out of the EU, which i agree with, has caused alot of uncertainty in the mill and other steel industries, but as i stated to Joe @Trigger ,i won't concern myself about something i can't control...Take care, and have a good day.
    Yours-Barry.

  16. December 17, 2020
    Yates 921 H Plate
    Gillette 7 O’clock Black
Rubberset 400 #3 with WSP HMW
    A&E The City
    Fine Absolut Santal

The big Rubberset ate through The City soap whipping up a ton of rich slick lather. Three passes and touch ups ended in a near BBS shave. My lower right neck was the nemesis once again,. The Yates is quickly earning a space among my favorites. A splash of Fine Santal and I am off to my office for the day. I hope everyone has a great Thursday.
  17. Thanks, Gary!

  19. December Focus

    Fine L'Orange Noir~~Simpson Rover~~Wostenholm Pipe Razor
Mos def© straying from decadence today.

The Fine soap I was able to acquire from the website, but almost everything else is sold out.
I happened to be looking for this particular soap, so I was fortunate to score two.
This one got grated and pressed into my used-up BAUME.BE glass
    container.
The Fine containers are..were, perhaps the WORST in the industry.
Their soap, however, performs FAR beyond its price-point.
Take a gander at this gorgeous goo.

The label says Thick & Easy; Slick & Protective and I must concur.
The Wosty's hinge pin is going to drive me crazy, as it's very loose.
The edge---Primo's edge, is excellent. This is not a pretty razor, but it is a quality tool.
All went well, until I slightly opened up the cut I got Monday.
Not too bad; no "bleeding" just a tad bit of ooze. Not even styptic pencil worthy.
I did better around the extended soul patch...which might better be called, a narrow goatee.

I kept the angle fairly shallow; light touch; skin stretched (mostly)
Completed the shave with the @Keithmax fourth pass.
  20. fine shaves and pics gents..
