    Good morning guys!

    Shavette Shave # 228
    Dovo Shavette
    Personna Hair Shaper (8)
    JR #290 Synthetic Brush
    Cella Shave Soap
    Old Spice AS P/G
    Whiskers: 37 hrs

    Everything worked well for this morning's shave. I have been doing the "dry brush" pasty load method to lather my wet face because Cella's tub is small and the soap is filled to the brim so that if I tried my normal loading method, then I would have soap all over the place. Anyway, after a few dips of the brush in water, I got a nice lather. I only needed 2 passes for a BBS shave without any errors. Double dosed on the OS and there wasn't any sting to be felt. My face feels smooth and refreshed. The pic was recycled from Tuesday's shave. That ends the double duty for this gear. Saturday's shave will feature Mad Max. I have the option of a single or double feature with him. I'll see how it goes. Have a great day, guys! 20201215_202159.jpg

    I have a few packages coming and all are overdue so who knows when I'll see the brush. None as bad as the razor I mailed to you though. Crazy times.

    The turkish knot was like that when i was giving it ,as a holiday present from my Sister and family..As for if they produced it that way, i don't think so, it's a case of pot luck!..Which i ended up with a good turkish boar.

    Is the Arko aftershave the same scent as regular Arko?..Simple answer No...It provides a wonderful post shave finish, it's scent like most Arko A/S cologne's are short lived.

    Great shave, Dave, with a cool looking safety razor! You’re lucky, it’s 28 degrees with 11” of very heavy sleety snow. SWMBO asked me not to shovel!! Imagine that! That was after she received a call from my son, Ben. He’ll be plowing us out hopefully later today!
