    I think I have 25 and probably will add at least one more, possibly 2, but I will not go over 30. I am not that impressionable like some of the other members on this thread.

    Saturday's Shave

    Merkur 15C
    Astra Superior Stainless (1)
    Mozingo Brushworks Silvertip
    Stirling Electric Sheep Shaving Soap
    T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    B&M Reserve Cool Aftershave

    A mild shave with the Merkur this morning. With some excellent Electric Sheep lather, 2+ passes provided a very comfortable finish with no irritation or mishaps. The Astra Blue blade proved to be sharp and smooth.

    Great Schick shave, Adam! Sorry to hear of your injuries! Being a certified old fart myself, I broke my ribs a month ago playing pickle ball. I just went out for my first 10 mile bike ride today, and it was a struggle. Hope your recovery continues and you feel better each day! :)

    Good day to all! Thank you to all the members who have extended a to me kind welcome to the thread! :thanks:

    For those interested in the Wilkinson Sword shave soap in the black bowl and how it lathers here is a quick photo I took during this mornings shave.

    I find once you have the correct amount of water to soap ratio happening it gives a decent lather. Today's blade on it's 3rd day of shaving worked perfectly with two passes and no razor burn or irritation. Not bad! :happy088:

    Hey, Gary, does 66 safety razors and 24 straights mean I have a problem?? :drool: I did get down from 87 safety razors. I'm planning on further reductions in the safety razor arena this year. :angry032:
